Hands on Health is owned and operated by Christina Roy. It has been serving the community for nearly a decade. She started in June of 2000 shortly after graduating from Health Enrichment Center. Hands on Health understands the mind-body connection, and has helped hundreds of loyal clients to experience healing and relaxation, rebuilding the self that has been damaged by stress. We believe the beauty of body and spirit come from healing and relaxation.
